3. Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent. Your notice must include: • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with sufficient information to locate it • Your contact information (name, address, telephone number, email) • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, under penalty of perjury • Your physical or electronic signature

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe that material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include: • Identification of the material that has been removed • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake • Your name, address, and telephone number • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the federal court • Your physical or electronic signature

5. Repeat Infringers

iCopyWatch maintains a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright. We track all DMCA notices and counter-notifications to identify patterns of infringement.
