By accessing or using the iCopyWatch platform and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including organizations, individuals, and any person accessing the platform on behalf of an entity.

iCopyWatch provides digital content protection services, including but not limited to: • Content monitoring across digital platforms • Piracy detection using AI-powered technology • Automated and manual takedown management • Enforcement support and legal documentation • Reporting and analytics We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice.

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You retain all ownership rights to the content you submit to our platform. By uploading content for monitoring, you grant iCopyWatch a limited, non-exclusive license to process, analyze, and create digital fingerprints of your content solely for the purpose of providing our protection services. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to submit content for protection.

You agree not to: • Submit content for protection that you do not own or have rights to • Use our services to file false or fraudulent takedown requests • Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent our technology • Use our platform for any illegal purpose • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iCopyWatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless iCopyWatch, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. We may immediately terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will cease, and we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
